Dr. Kahn is the founder of the Kahn Center for Cardiac Longevity and a Summa cum Laude graduate of the University of Michigan Medical School. Trained in advanced interventional cardiology, he has merged lifestyle, medicine, and plant based nutrition education into his integrative medical practice since 1990. He has taught hundreds of cardiologists and serves as Clinical Professor of Medicine at Wayne State University School of Medicine.
At his core, Dr. Kahn believes that plant-based nutrition is the most powerful source of preventative medicine on the planet. He lectures throughout the country about the health benefits of a plant-based diet inspiring a new generation of thought leaders to think scientifically and critically about the body’s ability to heal itself through proper nutrition. He founded GreenSpace Cafe in Ferndale, Michigan to prove that healthy can also be tasty. It is the largest plant-based bar and cafe in the Midwest.
