So right now, I’m taking about 4 prescription medications.. my doctor also said I should be taking a couple of other over the counter vitamins for overall health. There were so many on that dam list.. are there one or two that men my age (57) really should be taking?
Don’t be shy… Call your doctor’s office and ask them to send you the list so you can take a look!
Beyond that, there are several vitamins and supplements available. Starting with a daily multivitamin for men your age could be the first approach, but again, check with your doctor.
If that’s the route they suggest, there are plenty of popular brand names you can find that are clearly labeled for men of your age. Some people do have mild stomach discomfort with multivitamins, and if you find that to be the case – I would recommend looking at individual vitamins to help make sure that you’re getting enough B12, calcium and vitamin D into your body on a regular basis.
Hi there! Thank you for the helpful thread here! What do you think about Canadian Pharmacy for some supplements? Can you recommend it? I would like to order some pills for me from there, but I would like to get your opinion about it 😉
