Prosta-Q side is a natural supplement for prostate health that contains a proprietary blend of herbs and minerals, including saw palmetto, cranberry, quercetin, papain, bromelain, zinc, and magnesium. Two other ingredients that do not contribute to prostate health are gelatin and maltodextrin, which are added to stabilize the product and help in the delivery of the active ingredients.
Men who are considering taking this supplement should be aware that Prosta-Q side effects include mild nausea, vomiting, tingling sensation in the extremities, diarrhea, mild headache, upset stomach, and general weakness.
Severe side effects
There are also a number of other side effects associated with using this supplement. Some of these include allergic reaction, severe skin rash, difficulty breathing, hives, tightening of the chest, closing of the throat, and swelling of the lips, mouth, tongue and throat. These side effects are also very rare and do not affect a large amount of users.
Because of potential Prosta-Q side effects, it is not generally recommended to take Prosta-Q with other supplements.
Interactions with drugs
It’s possible that some of the active ingredients in Prosta-Q may interact with medications you may be taking, including the following: diuretics, drugs for high blood pressure, diabetes medications, anticoagulants and blood thinners, quinolone antibiotics (e.g., Cipro, Floxin, Levaquin)
Our comments on Prosta-Q side effects
We like the fact that Prosta-Q has quercetin in the formula, and we suspect that the Prosta-Q side effects of the formula are only found in a small percentage of men who do not take the formula correctly or take the formula on an empty stomach.
